Green Campus

We encourage a strong conservation ethic, including minimal use of disposable paper and Styrofoam meal service products. Recycling and composting receptacles are available at each lodge with a kitchen.

Kitchen food scraps and donkey manure are turned throughout the year to make a a rich compost for the Sun Garden, which supplies fresh food to the kitchen. Projects are under discussion for green construction.
